Our goal is to help you make a radical change in your living situation that is ecologically sustainable, and most importantly, extremely cheap. Our focus is on utility-free or utility-minimal housing, tax sale housing, low cost housing, squatting, and reclaiming abandoned properties and neighborhoods. We have no objection to utilities, it is just that the costs can get in the way when you are starting out.
Our goal is to encourage community development, both online and in neighborhoods. The people involved in the reconstruction of our urban centers are the best part about metropioneering.
